I joined Vagabond Missions because I’ve always found that I encounter God the most in other people. Throughout high school, I sought different ways to encounter others. Whether it was joining my youth group core team, helping lead Confirmation retreats, or leading my weekly men’s group, ministry was my way to serve and encounter God. As I entered college, I looked for a way to continue this and I joined the Vagabond core team in Steubenville during my senior year. This was the first time I got to minister to people who were drastically different than me in a multitude of ways and in this new mission I found a new and better way to serve.
I am most excited to have the ability to continue to build friendships with and minister to the kids I have already come to love in Steubenville and to help them encounter Christ in a new way.
If my life were a movie, I would want Gaten Matarazzo to play the part of me.
